• When do I need to order by?
    • Orders must be made 48 hours in advance unless there is an agreed upon exception.

 

  • Am I able to reschedule my delivery or pickup date?
    • Yes, you can reschedule as long as it is more than 48 hours in advance. Local pickup and delivery orders are non refundable within 48 hours of agreed upon delivery or pickup time.

  • Can I cancel my order?
    • We can only accept cancellations if it is more than 48 hours in advance. After that we will not be able to refund the order.

  • When do I pay for my order?
    • Due to the high volume of orders, payment must be made to confirm your pick up or delivery. Orders will not be fulfilled unless payment is complete.

  • Can I move my pickup or delivery time?
    • Yes, but you must confirm with advanced notice. We want to be respectful of the agreed upon pick up or delivery time as this may affect other customers orders.

  • How long will my charcuterie board last for? 
    • 24 to 48 hours if properly stored in the refrigerator. Items are perishable so we recommend serving to guests as fresh as possible. We suggest that you leave the board at room temperature for about 1 hour prior to serving.

  • Are figs going to be on my board?
    • Many of our items are handpicked and subject to change as they are based on market, seasonal availability and freshness.

  • Will there be nuts on my board? 
    • Yes, unless it is requested upon time of purchase.

  • I have an allergy, can you accommodate me?
    • Of course! We can replace any item you may be allergic to with another comparable item. We care deeply about your allergies but please be responsible in ordering being that ALL Feast products are processed in a facility that may contain: Dairy, Eggs, Nuts, Wheat, Soy. We are not an allergy free facility and cross contamination may occur. 

  • Do you do substitutions?
    • If you’re not a fan of a specific item on the board, please leave a note in the request box upon time of purchase. We will always be able to replace it with a comparable item that is to your liking.

  • When will you ship my cookies?
    • Cookies are made to order and will ship within 3 days business days

  • How long will it take to get my cookies?
    • Shipping time is dependent upon priority selected at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays from the shipping carrier. For any questions regarding tracking of your project after it has left the facility, please contact the shipping carrier. 

  • How long do the cookies last? 
    • 1 month in the freezer 1 week if stored properly at room temperature.


  • What’s the best way to eat feast cookies? 
    • We suggest the air fryer! 2 minutes at 380F for crisp edges and a gooey center, or opt for the microwave for about 12 seconds.

  • How far do you deliver? 
    • Delivery radius 25 miles unless there is an agreed upon special exception.

  • Can I add this to a picnic? 
    • Yes, please provide your picnic planner with our contact information and we can coordinate accordingly.

  • What is a cannoli popper? 
    • Cannoli poppers are raspberries filled with cannoli cream.

  • Can I have a grazing table for my wedding?
    • Yes, please fill out a contact form on our grazing table page and we will contact you back as soon as possible.

  • What is the minimum order for a Grazing Table?
    • Our tables start at a minimum of 30 people at $18 per person. Our extra large Feast Trays can be combined with greenery and florals as a great alternative. Please send us a message if you have additional questions.
